The Company’s copyright over the information published on the Site, as well as the entire content of the Site represented by images, texts, graphics, symbols, web graphics elements, emails, scripts, programs, and other data – are the property of the Company and are protected by Law no. 8/1996 regarding copyright and related rights and by laws on intellectual and industrial property.
The security of the personal data of the Site users (“Clients” or individually “Client”) consists in guaranteeing the data provided for processing an order on the Site. The provided data will be used to deliver the products ordered through the Site, to communicate the news offered by the Company through its online store and its work points, and for internal statistics.
Clients are obliged to accept the delivery terms, price, quantity, etc., when placing an order through the Site.
The payment for products is made in advance by bank transfer or cash upon collection from the Company’s work points or upon delivery.
Payment is made according to the receipt or invoice issued based on the ordered products.
In case of order cancellation, the Client is obliged to notify this as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHODS
In our online store, you have the possibility to pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer according to the invoice issued based on the order. Our payment methods are:
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery: Delivery is made daily. If the order was placed before 12:00, delivery will be made on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered the next calendar day.
Unilateral termination: Clients have the right to notify us in writing via email at contact@masinacuinghetata.ro or at one of the phone numbers +40 749 406 361 or +40 751 569 262 that they wish to cancel the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, but only for products that are not likely to deteriorate or expire quickly (for which there is no possibility of return once the clients have taken possession of them). The return of the products will be made without unjustified delay and within no more than 14 days from the date when the clients communicated their decision to return the products. In this case, the clients will bear the direct costs related to the return of the products as well as the costs related to the reduction of the value of the products resulting from their handling. Products destroyed during transport or showing physical changes will not be accepted. Therefore, clients are requested to keep the packaging in which they received the product and return it in the same packaging. The cost of returning the products will be borne by the clients.
Refund: We will refund the value of the returned products by payment order within no more than 14 days from the date we were informed of the decision to return the products. If the return of the products has not occurred within this period, we will postpone the refund until the date of receiving the products that were the subject of the sale or until we receive proof from the clients that the products were sent to us, whichever date is closer.
Non-conformity: In the event of non-conformity, the client has the right to request, without payment, the replacement of the product within a period to be agreed upon with the client, taking into account the purpose for which this was requested. The agreed period will not exceed 15 calendar days from the date when we were informed of the non-conformity of the product or the non-compliant product was handed over to us. If the replacement of the product cannot occur within the agreed period, then the order will be canceled and the value of the order will be refunded.
Wrongly delivered products: If customers received a different product than the one ordered, we kindly ask them to notify us as soon as possible to return the product and have it replaced with the correct one. All return and delivery costs will be borne by us.
Return procedure: If the client wishes to return a product within the 14-day period mentioned above, they are asked to follow these steps:
Return costs: The return costs are borne by the client according to the law. If the client sends the package with payment upon delivery, we will deduct the shipping cost from the amount owed.
Refund deadline: According to OUG 34/2014, the value of your order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the return notification. If the return of the products has not occurred within this period, we will postpone the refund until the date of receiving the products that were the subject of the sale or until we receive proof from the client that the products were sent to us, whichever date is closer. The money will be returned by the same payment method as the initial order, unless the client wishes to change the payment method.
